Alpine Pantry Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bacon
    4 onions, sliced into rings
    1/2 to 1 c. packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 (17 oz.) can lima beans
    1 (15 oz.) can butter beans
    1 (15 oz.) can large kidney beans
    1 (3 lb. 7 oz.) can beans and molasses
    1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans
    1 (14 oz.) bottle catsup
Preparation
    Cook bacon in a large Dutch oven until crisp.
    Remove, cool and crumble or chop.
    Cook onions in bacon fat until tender.
    Add brown sugar, mustard, salt and vinegar; saute for 2 minutes.
    Add all beans and bacon.
    Stir in catsup.
    Mix well; cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours or longer.
    Serves 10 to 12.
