Chop Suey - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. pork and veal, cubed
3 onions, diced
1 stalk celery, diced
salt and pepper
2 or 3 bouillon cubes
2 c. water
1 Tbsp. molasses
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 can bean sprouts
1 can water chestnuts
chop suey noodles
Preparation

Brown meat with diced onion; add celery.
Cook, covered. Simmer until meat is done.
Add bouillon cubes.
Add remaining ingredients; stir together.
Serve over cooked rice.
Sprinkle with chop suey noodles.
