Jade Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. rice vinegar
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 Tbsp. sesame oil
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. grated ginger
    1 clove garlic (or 1 tsp. garlic powder)
    1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro
    1 Tbsp. fresh basil
    3/4 c. peanut oil
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients except oil in blender at high speed. Add oil and blend until well emulsified.
    For a milder version omit the crushed red pepper.
