Banana Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    bananas
    3 1/2 c. milk
    3 eggs, separated
    1 tsp. vanilla
    vanilla wafers
Preparation
    Combine
    sugar,
    flour and salt.
    Blend in milk and egg yolks. Combine
    flour mixture with milk mixture.
    Cook on top of double boiler on medium heat until thickened.
    Add vanilla. Pour into serving bowl in layers, then add bananas and wafers. Alternate. End
    with
    wafers.
    Can
    top with meringue.
    If so bake until golden brown.
