Wacky Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2/3 c. oil
2 c. cold water

Preparation

Sift
together the first 5 ingredients.
Add the vanilla, vinegar, oil and cold water; blend until moist, then beat at medium
speed
with an electric mixer for 2 minutes.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Add the Cheese Filling.
