Mexican Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. uncooked rice (long grain)
    small onion, diced
    small green pepper, diced
    3 1/2 c. water
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    diced tomatoes (small can)
    all-purpose spices (Goya adobo, green cap)
    salt (optional)
Preparation
    Two cups raw rice is fried until golden brown.
    Then add onions, green pepper and spices.
    Mix together with rice for about 5 minutes.
    Add water, tomato sauce and diced tomatoes.
    Mix together (medium flame).
    \"DO NOT STIR WHILE COOKING; RICE WILL STICK TOGETHER\".
    Let cook about 15 to 20 minutes or until all water has evaporated.
    Ready to serve and eat.
