Homemade Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs, separated
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    2 c. heavy cream
    2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    6 c. whole milk
Preparation
    Put egg yolks into a large bowl.
    Add sugar and beat until thick.
    Beat egg whites and set aside.
    Add remaining ingredients (except egg whites) to egg yolk mixture, blending well.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Pour into ice cream freezer and freeze.
    Various fruits such as peaches, strawberries, etc., can be added.
