Fruit Cocktail Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can fruit cocktail (don't drain)
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar until light. Add fruit cocktail with juice and dry ingredients; mix well and add nuts and coconut. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes in a greased jelly roll pan.
