Broccoli Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 stick butter
    2 small pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 c. raw rice
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Cook chicken; debone it.
    Cook rice in chicken broth.
    Saute onion and bell pepper in butter.
    In a large casserole dish, put rice, chicken, onion, bell pepper, broccoli, Cheez Whiz and soup. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
    Place in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
    Can be frozen.
