Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

about 16 large carrots, sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 stick margarine
1/4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
buttered bread crumbs
Preparation

Cook sliced carrots until almost done.
Drain.
Melt margarine in pan and cook onion until tender.
Add remaining ingredients and cook slowly until cheese melts and thickens.
Add to carrots. Sprinkle 2 cups buttered bread crumbs on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
