Microwave Jiffy Pizzas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole wheat pita breads
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 tsp. honey
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. onion flakes
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 pkg. salami
    2 cans mushrooms
    8 oz. Mozzarella, shredded
Preparation
    Slice
    pitas
    into
    6-inch rounds; toast under broiler. Place 4
    rounds,\ttoasted
    side
    up, on waxed paper.
    Combine tomato paste,
    water,
    oil, honey and spices in a small bowl; spread over top surface of pita rounds, dividing equally among all

    with sliced mushrooms;

    Microwave
    on High, uncovered, about
    4 minutes each batch or until cheese is melted;
    rotate 1/4 turn every 30 seconds.
