Easy Mints - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
    3 1/2 to 3 3/4 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Combine water and butter. Place over low heat until butter melts. Remove from heat; add salt and peppermint extract. Gradually add sugar and blend until desired consistency. You can use powdered sugar to roll the mints out for cutting or you can use a candy mold.
