Cherry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cherry pie filling
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 large carton Cool Whip
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice (optional)
Preparation
    Pour pie filling into large bowl.
    Mix remaining ingredients, folding in Cool Whip last.
    Let set 4 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
