Cauliflower Mountain - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cauliflower
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Clean and remove green stem of whole head of cauliflower.
    Put in 8-inch glass pie plate, stem end down.
    Cover with plastic wrap.
    Microwave at High 7 to 8 minutes or until tender.
    Mix mayonnaise, mustard and dry mustard in bowl.
    Pour mayonnaise mixture over top of cooked cauliflower.
    Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
    Microwave at High 1 minute to melt cheese.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
