Sausage And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 can mushroom soup, undiluted (cream or golden)
    2 cans chicken and rice soup
    1 c. raw rice
    1 c. diced celery
    1 small can green pepper, diced
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Lightly brown sausage; drain.
    Mix all ingredients together and pour in a 2-quart casserole dish.
    I put in 2 dishes and freeze one.
    Bake, covered, for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
