Sauteed Chicken Strips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole broiler-fryer breasts, split, boned and skinned (about 12 oz. each)
    1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. cornstarch
    4 tsp. oil
    1 egg white
    6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    Marinated chicken strips
    1/2 c. minced parsley
    1/4 c. minced chives
Preparation
    In large heavy skillet over medium-high heat, cook butter until bubbly and begins to brown.
    Add marinated chicken strips. Saute about 4 minutes or just until opaque throughout and lightly golden.
    Fold in parsley and chives.
    Immediately remove to warm serving plate.
    Makes 4 servings.
