Sweet And Sour Appetizers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Brown 'N Serve sausages (Little Smokies)
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. white vinegar
1 (10 oz.) can pineapple chunks (save 1/2 c. pineapple juice)
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Mix all liquid ingredients (vinegar, pineapple juice and water), brown sugar, salt and cornstarch in saucepan.
Bring to boil over low heat until the mixture thickens.
Add browned, chopped sausage, green peppers and pineapple.
Serve with toothpicks, so that the guests may poke a sausage or pineapple chunk.
I usually put this in a crock-pot to keep warm at parties. It is always a hit.
