Shrimp And Artichoke Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick melted reduced fat butter
    1 small chopped onion
    1/2 c. flour
    1 lb. boiled, peeled, and deveined shrimp
    2 jars chopped marinated artichokes
    1 qt. half and half
    1 bunch chopped green onion tops
    Tony C's to suit your taste
Preparation
    In a soup pot, melt butter and saut onion until clear.
    Slowly add flour, stirring constantly.
    Add remaining ingredients and cook on low until soup begins to thicken.
    Serve immediately.
