Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1/2 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 box jumbo pasta shells
    1 jar spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Mix all cheeses, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Cook meat until no longer pink; drain.
    Add to cheese mixture.
    Cook shells according to box directions; stuff with mixture.
    Place in large baking dish or pan.
    Top generously with sauce.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
