Broccoli-Cheddar Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 crackers
    1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chili sauce
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. shredded reduced fat Cheddar cheese
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
Preparation
    Finely roll 12 crackers.
    Mix cracker crumbs, turkey, onion, 2 tablespoons chili sauce, parsley and egg.
    On waxed paper, pat meat mixture into 12 x 8-inch rectangle.
    Reserve 2 tablespoons cheese; sprinkle remaining cheese and broccoli onto meat mixture to within 1/2-inch of edge.
    Coarsely break remaining 12 crackers.
    Sprinkle over broccoli, pressing lightly into meat. Starting at short end, roll up jellyroll fashion, using waxed paper to help roll; seal ends.
    Place loaf into 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
    Last 5 minutes of baking, spread remaining 2 tablespoons chili sauce over meat loaf; sprinkle with reserved cheese.
