Pa Apps' Meatballs(From Medina High'S Class Of '69) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. hamburg
2 eggs
1 c. Romano grated cheese
1 c. Parmesan grated cheese
1 c. bread crumbs or rolled oats
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 Tbsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 medium onion
Preparation

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Form into golf ball size balls and slowly brown in frying pan. After cooking, store in plastic bags or containers in freezer and use when needed.
