Gram'S Tomato Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. spaghetti
    1/2 large onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. Wesson oil
    1 qt. tomato juice
Preparation
    Cook and drain spaghetti.
    Rinse with hot water.
    Saute chopped onion in Wesson oil until transparent.
    Mix cooked spaghetti, onion and tomato juice; simmer (best in iron skillet), covered, until juice is absorbed, 30 minutes plus.
    Stir occasionally.
