Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    4 eggs
    3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. oil
    2/3 c. water
    3/4 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    To start, mix 1 1/2 cups flour with the oil and set aside. Mix ingredients in order. Add the flour and oil at the very end. Add chopped nuts. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or more.
    Makes 3 small loaf pans or 8 tin cans.
    When baking with cans, cut baking time down.
