Cherry Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks margarine, softened
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (21 oz.) can cherries
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except cherries.
Pour batter in an ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan, reserving a small amount of batter. Top with cherries.
Use reserved batter to put on top of cherries in small spoonfuls, scattered around.
Bake for 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
