Spinach Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained (do not cook)
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 cans mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    8 oz. grated Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles, prepared according to directions
Preparation
    Mix the sour cream, soup, salt, pepper, garlic and cheese together.
    Reserve some of mixture to put on top of casserole. Spread layer of mixture in bottom of 2 1/2-quart casserole dish. Add layer of noodles, then spinach. Repeat layers.
    Spread reserved mixture on top; sprinkle with paprika.
    Add a little Parmesan cheese, if desired, for color.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
