Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. vinegar
2 sticks butter or margarine
1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Beat eggs slightly. Add other ingredients. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
Yields 2 pies.
