Weight Watchers Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices wheat bread, toasted and crumbled
    1 1/2 c. powdered milk
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    4 oz. grated carrots
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    4 Tbsp. oil
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs for 5 minutes.
    Add bread, sugar and remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Bake in greased and floured loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    I also add raisins and nuts.
