Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans Veg-All or 2 cans mixed vegetables
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1/3 (12 oz.) box Ritz crackers
Preparation

Drain Veg-All and place in a large bowl.
Add onions and mix. Add mayonnaise and cream of chicken soup to mixture.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Cover mixture with crushed Ritz crackers (and 1 tablespoon of melted butter if desired).
Bake in casserole dish at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
