Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, diced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    4 c. tomato juice
    2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    salt and pepper
    1/2 lb. uncooked lasagna noodles
    16 oz. cottage cheese
    1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
    2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and add first 10 ingredients.
    Simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
    Layer noodles, sauce and cheeses in 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle top with parsley flakes.
    Bake 30 minutes (covered) at 350\u00b0.
    Bake 30 more minutes, uncovered.
    Let set about 10 minutes before serving.
