Squash Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash (steamed and chopped)
    1 or 2 carrots, grated
    1 or 2 onions, grated
    1 stick margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    salt, pepper
    approximately 4 oz. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing
Preparation
    Drain cooked squash and mix in large bowl with other ingredients, saving a small amount of margarine and stuffing. Sprinkle remaining stuffing on top and dot with margarine.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for approximately 1 hour or until crust is golden brown.
