Sesame Steaks - cooking recipe

1/2 c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
2 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. lemon juice
4 T-bone steaks (about 1 inch thick)
Preparation

In a large resealable plastic bag or shallow glass container, combine the first 7 ingredients; mix well. Add steaks; turn to coat. Cover & refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Drain & discard marinade. Grill steaks, uncovered, over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness. (For rare, a meat thermometer should read 140 degrees; medium, 160 degrees; well done, 170 degrees).
