Chicken-Grape Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken breasts
    1/4 tsp. salt
    water
    2/3 c. dry white wine
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    red leaf lettuce
    1 c. seedless green grapes, cut in half
    1 c. seedless red grapes, cut in half
    1 1/2 c. celery, sliced diagonally
    1/2 c. cashews
Preparation
    Place chicken
    in
    a
    medium saucepan, add 1/4 teaspoon salt and
    water
    to cover.
    Cook, covered, about 30 minutes or until done.
    Drain and cool.
    Slice into strips.
