Layered Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce, chopped
    3 Tbsp. sliced green onion
    1/2 lb. sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1/2 c. chopped radishes
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. ReaLemon juice
    3/4 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 c. shredded fresh carrots
    4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    1 c. frozen peas
    1 c. light salad dressing
    1/2 tsp. season salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 green pepper, cut into rings
Preparation
    Layer 1/2 head lettuce (about 4 cups) into bottom of a large salad bowl.
    Layer with carrots, green onion and 3 hard-boiled eggs (reserve one for garnish).
    Layer with remaining lettuce, bacon, peas and radishes.
