Ingredients

1 honeydew melon, scooped in small balls
2 oranges, peeled and cut in segments
1 apple, diced
1 or 2 (8 oz. each) cans lychees in syrup
1 pt. strawberries, hulled
1/2 c. sugar or to taste
1/4 c. Port wine
dash of fresh lemon juice (optional)
Preparation

Combine melon balls, oranges, apple, undrained lychees, strawberries and sugar in bowl.
Toss with wine and lemon juice, if desired.
Cover and chill 2 to 3 hours.
Toss gently before serving.
Serve in stemmed goblets or sherbet dishes.
