Beverly Anne'S Turkey Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. turkey, ground yourself
    1 lb. canned tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce
    water (add as needed)
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
    2 or 3 chopped onions
    seasoned salt to taste
    seasoned pepper to taste
    1/3 c. chili powder
    paprika (season to taste)
    1/2 c. parsley
Preparation
    Lightly oil large 2 to 3-quart boiler/saucepan.
    Saute ground turkey in saucepan for 30 minutes, stirring when needed.
    Add onions, chopped.
    Cover and simmer slowly.
    Add garlic, salt, pepper, chili powder, paprika and parsley after turkey has browned for about 1 hour.
    Stir mixture often.
    Add water, tomatoes, tomato sauce and more water as needed.
    Simmer, covered, for 2 hours or more.
    Season to taste.
