Caramel Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. white sugar, browned
    3/4 c. white sugar
    2 c. hot milk
    3 egg yolks
    3 Tbsp. oleo or butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Mix 3/4 cup sugar and flour.
    Caramelize 1/4 cup sugar.
    Heat milk.
    Pour milk in caramelized sugar.
    Add sugar and flour mixture.
    Add 3 beaten egg yolks and dash of salt.
    Add 3 tablespoons oleo or butter and vanilla.
    Pour into baked pie crust.
    Top with beaten egg white meringue.
