Orange Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) size orange Jell-O
2 1/2 c. boiling water
1 small can frozen orange juice
1 (13 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
Preparation

Pour into a glass 13 x 9 1/2-inch pan.
Chill until firm.
Mix 1 (3 ounce) box of instant lemon pudding with 1 cup cold milk. Whip 1 pint whipping cream and stir into pudding mixture.
Spread on top of Jell-O mixture.
