Steamed Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fish (opakapaka, mullet, akule)
    Chinese cabbage
    grated ginger
    chopped green onion
    2 to 3 slices bacon (optional)
    1/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Slice cabbage into bite size pieces;
    place
    in microwave-safe dish.
    Salt fish; place on top of cabbage.
    Top with grated ginger and green onion (to taste).
    Place bacon (sliced into strips) on top and in stomach cavity.\tMicrowave
    on High for approximately 15 minutes.\tHeat oil until smoky; carefully pour oil on top of cooked fish, being
    aware
    of splatters. Serve
    immediately.
    Fish may also be placed on\ta couple
    of ti-leaves instead of cabbage.
