Vegetable Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tomatoes
    1 cucumber, chopped and peeled
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, grated
    2 envelopes gelatin
    1 pt. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. cold water
    Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix gelatin and cold water with enough hot water to dissolve. Combine vegetables with salt and pepper; add mayonnaise and gelatin mixture.
    Let set in refrigerator overnight.
    Take out about one (1) hour before using and stir with a fork.
