Rice - Chinese Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oil or olive oil
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    4 c. cooked rice
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    3/4 c. finely chopped celery
    1 small green pepper, finely chopped
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3/4 c. coarsely chopped peanuts
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet.
    Stir in vegetables and saute.
    Add rice and seasonings, stir and top with peanuts.
