Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. rhubarb, cut in 1-inch pieces
Preparation
    Mix sugar and flour thoroughly; add egg and mix well.
    Mix in rhubarb.
    Line pan with pastry; fill with rhubarb mixture and arrange pastry strips lattice fashion over filling.
    Bake in hot (400\u00b0) oven for 20 minutes.
    Reduce heat to moderate (350\u00b0) and bake 25 minutes longer.
    Makes one 9-inch pie.
