Stuffed Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium squash
    20 Ritz crackers
    salt and pepper to taste
    2/3 c. grated cheese
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
Preparation
    Cut squash lengthwise and boil until tender. Salt to taste. Spoon out the inside of squash. Mix with remaining ingredients. Place back in squash shell and bake at 450\u00b0 until golden brown.
