Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped nutmeats
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. (less 3 Tbsp.) flour
    1/4 c. raisins
Preparation
    Combine the 3 tablespoons of flour with chopped nutmeats and raisins; set aside.
    Combine all of the rest of the ingredients and pour into a greased and floured tube or large loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
    Good frosted with a cream cheese icing.
