Rigatoni With Vodka Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked rigatoni
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    3 pt. heavy cream
    1 pt. tomato sauce
    1 c. vodka
    spices (fresh sage, fresh basil, fresh parsley, salt and pepper)
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms in butter and now flambee the vodka in the same pan (let it reduce).
    Add the heavy cream until it thickens, spices, pasta and tomato sauce.
    Top with Parmesan cheese.
