Beans And Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. smoked sausage, sliced to bite-sized pieces
    1 (15 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 (1 1/2 lb.) cans Ranch Style pinto beans
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 medium onion, chopped or 1 tsp. onion salt substituted
    1 c. green pepper, chopped
    red pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute celery, onion and pepper in small amount of cooking oil or butter.
    Add to remaining ingredients.
    Stir until well blended.
    Simmer until consistency to serve over cooked rice.
