Pork In Garlic Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pork cutlets
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced fine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. chicken bouillon
    1 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation
    Cut cutlets in half.
    Heat oil in large skillet.
    Season and lightly brown cutlets on both sides.
    Remove meat from skillet. Add onion and garlic to skillet; saute lightly, about 4 to 5 minutes.
    Add flour, and stir into fat until thoroughly blended and light brown.
    Add bouillon and mustard, stirring in thoroughly until mixture is smooth, then add meat.
    Cover and cook over low heat for about 30 minutes.
