Artichoke Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
    4 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    6 crushed saltine crackers
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute onions in oil from jars of artichoke hearts.
    Add remaining ingredients, stirring well after each.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Pour into an 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
