Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. cooked squash, drain well then mash before measuring
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 pkg. herb stuffing mix
Preparation
    Melt margarine and blend with stuffing mix. Place 1/2 of the mixture in baking dish that has been coated with a nonstick spray. In a bowl mix cooked mashed squash, soup, sour cream, onion and water chestnuts.
    Pour mixture into casserole dish.
    Top squash mixture with remaining stuffing. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
