Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 c. all purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking power
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Mix buttermilk and egg, then add dry ingredients.
    Mix well. Can easily double or triple.
    Pour onto hot, slightly oiled griddle and cook until bubbles are set.
    Flip over and let cook about 3 more minutes.
    Serve warm with maple syrup.
