Homemade Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. cheap hamburger
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. Tender Quick salt
    2 tsp. hickory smoked salt
    2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Mix all together very well.
    Store in a container in the refrigerator.
    Make sure it is kept very cold.
    On the second and third days, knead and return to refrigerator.
    On the fourth day, make into rolls and put on a rack in a pan.
    Bake at 200\u00b0 for 6 to 7 hours.
